• Características iniciales:
○ Peso, porcentaje de grasa corporal, fuerza, resistencia, velocidad, flexibilidad
○ Género y estilo de entrenamiento
Los atributos cambiarán dependiendo de las elecciones del usuario y las misiones completadas.
2. Mecánica del juego
Entrenamiento y nutrición
• Rutinas de entrenamiento funcional: Cardio, pesas, artes marciales, boxeo, etc.
• Nutrición: Opciones dietéticas que afectan las estadísticas del avatar.
• Descanso y recuperación: El avatar necesita recuperar energía para rendir al máximo.
Cada acción afecta las estadísticas del avatar y desbloquea mejoras.
3. Misiones diarias
• Completa 30 minutos de ejercicio
• Consume la cantidad adecuada de proteínas
• Duerme 8 horas (según la actividad en la aplicación)
• Participa en desafíos de fuerza o resistencia.
4. Eventos y competiciones
• Nivel amateur: Batallas de gimnasio contra otros jugadores
• Nivel intermedio: Competiciones de resistencia, peso y eventos estéticos
• Nivel avanzado: Participación en eventos de tipo IFBB Pro.
